Man arrested with 16 gm brown sugar

Officials from the Excise Department today arrested a man and recovered about 16 gram of brown sugar from his possession.
Acting on a tip-off, the man, identified as Sarat Kumar Jena of Batagaon village under Puri Sadar police station, was nabbed at Basta railway station, an excise department official said.
Jena was waiting to board a train at the railway station, he said.
The value of the contraband is close to Rs 1.60 lakh, the official said.
