B Bhaskar sexually harassed the girls aged between 14 and 16 years in April at the institute's premises, police said, quoting from a complaint lodged by the parents of the girls.
The girls, who are partially blind, initially reported the matter to the institute owner. However, after she reportedly did not initiate any action, they told about the incident to their parents, who lodged a complaint, a police officer at the Hanamkonda police station said.
He had been charged with outraging the modesty of women, under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, the police said.
