Man falls sick during physical test for police recruitment

A man fell sick and fainted midway into the strenuous physical test for recruitment in the police force at Medininagar in Jharkhand's Palamau district today.
Brajesh Oraon, of neighbouring Latehar district, had taken part in a race - a physical test in the divisional-level recruitment for assistant police officer when he fainted midway, superintendent of police Indrajeet Mahatha said.
As he was frothing in the mouth, Oraon was rushed to the Sadar Hospital here and admitted to its ICU.
Mahatha said Oraon's condition was stated to be serious by the hospital authorities and his family has been informed.
