Additional district and sessions judge Sandeep Garg also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on the main accused Ranbir while the two accomplices, Anil and Lalit, were each asked to pay up Rs 45,000.
According to the prosecution, Savita and her son Sumit were found murdered at their house in the district's Dhigana village on April 6, 2012.

During the probe, police found that Ranbir had planned the murders for money.
Confessing to the crime, Ranbir said that he had roped in his cousin Anil and the latter's friend, three-wheeler driver Lalit, to execute the plan.
On the fateful day, the trio went to Pawan's house and attacked Savita while she was making tea before strangling Sumit.
After the murders, the trio ransacked the house and robbed it of lakhs of rupees, jewellery, a pistol and some cartridges, prosecution sources added.
