Man held for possessing heroin

Suresh Kumar was apprehended from Sadar Bazar yesterday on a tip off. His wife Sarla has nine cases against her, police said.

Kumar told police that he and his wife were bootleggers, they claimed. He has been arrested thrice for bootlegging.
