The accused, who is in his 40's, repeatedly raped his 14-year-old daughter since 2009 at his house, they said.
The victim, who lodged a complaint against the accused, said her father even "sold her off" to a 30-year-old man who too abused her in lieu of buying booze for him.
Police said the accused has been booked on the charges of sexual abuse and forcing his daughter into prostitution, besides also on charges under relevant sections of the Goa Children's Act along with his accomplice who too has been nabbed.
