Manikandan, running a workshop in Kovilpalayam, some 30 kms from here, had some time ago stealthly videographed the woman while she was taking bath, police said.
He then threatened the woman that he would upload the video on social networking sites, but she did not yield to him.
Two days ago, he allegedly tresspassed into the house and sexually assaulted the woman.
Based on a complaint from the woman, police arrested Manikandan, who is also married and has a grown up daughter, and further investigations were on.
