The accused, identified as Rajiv Prajapati called Prem Prakash Sharma on mobile in February and said that he has won a Rs 25 lakh lottery prize, Additional Police Commissioner Giriraj Meena said.
He also asked him to deposit Rs 1.7 lakh in a bank account as the procession charge for the same, he said.
Later, when Prajapati asked for more money, the victim became suspicious and informed the police, who arrested the accused from Uttar Pradesh and brought to Jaipur, Meena said.
