Two persons, Arjun with his accomplice Pratap, had a dispute with the victim Prakash over some trivial issue in Umrali Naka locality under Kotwali police station area of the city.
Owing to the dispute, Pratap went to Prakash's house late last night and shot at him with a bow and arrow, sub-inspector Dhanraj Samliya told PTI.
The arrow got stuck in Prakash's head and he was rushed to the district hospital from where he was referred to Vadodara in Gujarat, he said.
The accused have been booked under IPC sections 294 (obscene acts), 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons) and 506 (criminal intimidation), the SI said, adding that a manhunt has been launched to nab them.
