Navrattan had already been held guilty in 2009 by the trial court in the case along with other two co-accused -- Chet Ram and Chanderpal.
However, Navrattan filed an appeal in Delhi High Court against the judgement which was set aside and the matter sent to this court with a direction that a fresh order be passed after recording statements of some witnesses.
Navrattan and Chander Pal had allegedly threatened the victims with their country-made pistols that they would be killed, if they raised an alarm.
Navrattan had denied the evidence against him and pleaded innocence claiming he has been falsely implicated in the case.
