32-year-old man was allegedly murdered by his brothers-in-law near Sagbari mazar here, police said.
Shaukat alias Guddu, who had eloped and married Ruby in court about six months ago, was fired at and later stabbed to death while he was returning from the mazar with his cousin on a motorcycle, they said.
Later the two brothers-in-law Arif and Rashid surrendered in a police station, police said, adding, earlier too two attempts had been made on the life of Shaukat but since it involved his relatives he did not file any complaint.
Shaukat's relatives have lodged an FIR against five persons, police added.
