Man knocked down by truck

A 42-year-old man died today after the motorbike he was riding, was knocked down by a truck on the Siyani Gate Road here, police said.
Rajender Singh, who lived in Kavinagar area, suffered severe head injuries and was rushed to the MMG Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
"Locals have given registration number of the truck to police, based on which we will soon nab the driver who is on the run," a police officer said.
