Man loses leg after 'pushed out' of train

A man in his thirties today lost a leg after he was allegedly pushed out of a running train by a ticket examiner at Jind railway station.
He was admitted to a local hospital from where he was referred to PGI Rohtak, police said.
GRP station in charge Indrajeet said that after getting the information about the incident, the person was admitted to a local hospital from where he was referred to PGI Rohtak.
The person, a native of Alwar district in Rajasthan, lost a leg in the incident and his relatives were informed, Indrajeet said.
When asked about the involvement of the ticket examiner in the incident, he said, "We have got the information regarding this and investigating the matter".
According to eyewitnesses, the man boarded the Delhi- Ludhiana Shatabdi Express at Rohtak inadvertently and was in inebriated condition. At Jind railway station the TTE tried to force him off the train and incident happened when the train started running, they said.
