Man, paramour commit suicide by consuming poison

A man and his paramour allegedly committed suicide today by consuming poison inBhandgwar village after their families opposed their relationship, police said.
Modulal Gujjar(22), who married recently, was involved in an affair with the a 30-year-old womam, a mother of two sons, for the past three years, said SHO Prem Chand Gujjar of Lakheri police station.
This morning, a scuffle broke out between their families after Modulal's wife complained about his affair to her mother-in-law, he said.
Apparently fearing insult and harassment Modulal and the woman committed suicide, the SHO said. The woman is survived by her two minor sons and husband Mukesh Gujjar.

The bodies were handed over to the family members after postmortem. They had consumed sulphas poison, which killed them instantly, the SHO said.
He added a case under relevant IPC section has been lodged.
