A Delhi Police officer said the body, which was largely disfigured, was lying in a park in north-east Delhi area. A man in his '50s saw the body when he went for a morning walk at the park and informed police.
The body has been sent for a post-mortem. The police officer said pictures of the body have been put up for identification.
"The victim appears to be in his 20s, but we have not been able to identify him yet. We have searched the park and its nearby areas for weapons or blood-stained stones or any other clue on the killers, but nothing has been revealed yet," said the police officer.
