Man strangles wife to death

A 32-year-old man allegedly strangulated his wife to death in outer Delhi's Narela village today following an argument between them over his addiction to alcohol.
Anand, who is unemployed, used to have fight with his wife Mamta (32) because of his addiction. This morning he strangulated his wife while their 13-year-old son was asleep, a senior police officer said.
A case under section 302 (punishment for murder) of IPC was registered against the absconding accused, the officer said.
