The accused, identified Santosh Chauhan, lured the unsuspecting boy Nitish Kumar (10) to go out with him at an isolated place in the village where he strangulated him to death and threw his body in a bush, sources said.
The local people found the body and informed the police which took it for post-mortem.
Chauhan was recently beaten by the village for eve teasing and harassment to the victim's mother to whom he had threatened to teach a lesson and kill her child, the sources said adding that the accused person has been arrested and charged with the murder case.
