Manas Bhunia appointed TMC national spokesperson

Manas Bhunia, a former senior Congress leader who recently joined the ruling Trinamool Congress, was today appointed the national spokesperson of the party.
"Manas Bhunia has been appointed national spokesperson of TMC. Senior party leader Sougata Roy, Dinesh Trivedi and Nirbed Roy have also been appointed as national spokespersons," a party official said.
Bhunia has recently switched over from Congress to TMC after his differences with Congress leadership over his appointment as PAC chairman in West Bengal Assembly.
