The 33-year-old actor documented her test on Instagram story and told her followers she had to go through the procedure as it was the only way to get a diagnosis.
"Grog city. Just had an upper endoscopy to officially see whether or not I have celiac (disease) (only way to officially diagnose)... things are looking)" wrote Moore, alongside a selfie in the hospital scrubs.
According to the Celiac Disease Foundation, it is an autoimmune disorder that negatively affects the way people digest gluten.
The "This Is Us" star, who recently got engaged to Taylor Goldsmith, revealed on Instagram that she had been diagnosed with celiac disease.
Later, Moore wrote another post, thanking her fans for sharing their knowledge.
