Last month, after a video of the incident had gone viral, the company said it was investigating the matter.
"The unfortunate incident at our Delhi dealership has been thoroughly investigated with our dealer partner, Landmark Group, and they have already taken disciplinary action against the offenders," FCA India said in a statement.
While the company did not elaborate, industry sources said two employees of the dealership have been terminated from service.
It maintained that FCA's ethos has not subscribed to encouraging or tolerating such offensive treatment to customers and will never be so in future.
Last month, the group, however, had said, "The video neither portrays nor provides the complete picture of the happenings. The incident had resulted as a consequence of unacceptable behaviour of the customer with some of the female staff in our organisation."
