A writ petition was filed by Phijam Manikumar which stated that his brother Phijzm Naobi, besides R K Roshan and Thounaojam Prem were allegedly abducted by personnel of the 3 Corp from Char Mile area at Dimapur in Nagaland and killed after torture on March 2010.
The high court was to begin the hearing of the case yesterday but it was deferred to May five because of the death of a legal practitioner, court sources said.
The protesters demanded justice as the three youths, they held were innocent and were killed in the name of dealing with insurgents under the 'controversial' Armed Forces Special Powers Act 1958.
