It was a repeat of the last year's final but there was no change in script as the Manipuri girls reigned supreme taking an 18th minute lead through N Ratan Bala Devi.
Manipur held their slender lead going into the break as their defence proved too strong for the Odisha forwards.
After the changeover, Dangmei Grace struck a double with goals in 51st and 62minutes to complete the rout.
Bala Devi was declared Player of the Final while Nagaland duo of Nyitsarho Nagaland and Rokosenvo Meyase Nagaland were adjudged best goal keeper and best defender respectively.
