"The alliance between Kumar and Prasad is immoral and its sole aim is to capture power. It is very dangerous for Bihar. The public has seen their rule and what they have done to the state. It is our duty to defeat or annul it," Manjhi said.
Manjhi, who formed Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) (Secular) after resigning from the Chief Minister's post in February this year said "We must take help of BJP to defeat the JD(U) and RJD alliance".
"Kumar has not done anything on land reforms and land ceiling despite the fact that those who till the land as share-croppers keep suffering due to vagaries of nature, while those who own the land gather all the compensation provided by the government," Yadav added.
The JKAM leader accused Kumar of "dislodging all dalit ministers from his cabinet" and also took on Prasad by branding him as "the most communal person" who has kept playing his card of arresting BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani during his 'rath yatra' in Bihar.
