Manoj Pant is new director of Indian inst of foreign trade

JNU Professor Manoj Pant was today appointed as the Director of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT).
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved his appointment to the post on deputation basis for a period of five years or till he attains the age of 70 years, an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) said.
Pant has been teaching Trade Theory at the Centre for International Trade and Development, School of International Studies in Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), according to the institution's website.
