Love birds from Dallas running the Boston Marathon got married just hours after twin bombings that left three persons dead, as they refused to allow the tragic incident to prevent their planned wedding.
Kerri Johnston and Robert Watling have gone to many places, all while running. When it came time for this couple to get engaged, Robert came up with the perfect proposal, right after they both ran the Chicago Marathon.
"He actually had the ring with him at the race, but, finished about 30 minutes before," said Kerri was quoted as saying by the Necn.Com.
They hatched a plan to get hitched right after they complete the Boston Marathon. They did despite the blasts.
Suspected home-grown terrorists yesterday exploded two bombs, killing three people and injuring over 140 during the Marathon.
