Married woman raped, blackmailed in Haryana; 4 held

A woman was allegedly raped by a man following which he has been arrested, police said today.
The incident happened on May 4 and the accused has been arrested last night along with three others, including a woman, they said.
The arrested persons have been identified as Kuldeep, Ved Pradhan, Degraj and his wife Sarita Yadav, all residents of Siha village, about 20 kms from here.
The victim, who is married, alleged that Sarita had made her obscene morphed video and she along with her husband Degraj and Ved Pradhan extorted money and ornaments from her by blackmailing her since one-and-a-half-year, police said.

The victim, aged between 25-30 years, said she was raped by Kuldeep on May 4 following which she filed a police complaint yesterday.
All the four accused were today produced in a local court which remanded Kuldeep and Pradhan in 14-day judicial custody while Degraj and his wife Sarita were remanded in police custody for one day, police said.
