Mass Lok Adalat planned on Nov. 23

A mass Lok Adalat would be organised all over the country on November 23 with an eye on clearing as large a number of cases as possible, an official said here today.
"A target of settling five lakh cases on the day has been set in Uttar Pradesh.
"Efforts would be made to settle maximum cases on the day in the Lok Adalat," said Omveer Singh, the nodal officer for the Rastriya Lok Adalat.
Only those cases which can be settled amicably would be taken up by the Lok Adalat on the said date.
