Uttar Pradesh Minister Laxmi Narayan Chaudhary would inaugurate the session, university officials said.
It is a novel step for "enhancing the income" of farmers to the extent that it becomes double in the next five years, a dream project of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the varsity's Vice Chancellor Prof K M L Pathak said.
"The interactive session would stress on the upkeep of good breed of milching animal and their health care, and value addition of milk like Paneer, Ghee, Khova production," he said.
To empower women through animal husbandry and make them a part of the initiatives to increase income of farmers, he said the university has decided to offer training to women at no cost.

It would be a regular feature where they would be encouraged to make clusters, as it would facilitate them to get loan from the bank, Pathak said.
He said the university has made a nucleus heard of 100 Sahiwal cows since it has decided to prepare high yielding heifers, few of them may be given to farmers also.
Meanwhile, for getting best offspring, the university, has decided to go for selective breeding, he said.
