The maximum temperature increased in most parts of Himachal Pradesh during the last 24 hours as rains did not occur in any part of the state since yesterday, the Meteorological (MeT) department said.
The weak phase of the monsoon would continue in the state for the next three-four days, Met department director Manmohan Singh told PTI.
Rainfall is likely to increase from July 10 onwards, he said.
Meanwhile, the highest temperature in the state has been recorded in Una as 37 degrees Celsius, followed by 34.7 in Bhuntar, 34.1 in Hamirpur, 33.9 in Bilaspur, 33.1 in Sundarnagar, 26.3 in Shimla, 24.6 in Kalpa, 22.1 in Manali and 20.7 degrees Celsius in Dalhousie during the last 24 hours, Singh added.
