Maxx Mobile launches 26 handset models for Republic Day

Handset maker Maxx Mobile today announced the launch of 26 new handsets, priced between Rs 1,100 and Rs 7,777, as part of its celebration of India's 64th Republic Day.
This includes 19 feature phones and seven Android phones.
Maxx has made this move in order to maintain its focus on delivering maximum variety of high quality phones at very affordable prices, it said in a statement.
"We had launched 15 models on August 15, 2013 and now are launching 26 models, offering the consumer freedom to choose his handset," Maxx Mobile CMD and founder Ajjay Agarwal said.

Tata Docomo inks exclusive deal with Mumbai Intl Airport * Tata Teleservices today said it has entered into an exclusive partnership with GVK-led Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL) to offer end-to-end voice and data services at the recently inaugurated T2 terminal at CSIA.

The company will provide Internet-leased line services, leased line services, ISDN PRI services, Centrex services, broadband services for its captive use as well as for all the concessionaires at CSIA, it said in a statement.
MIAL is one of the country's busiest airports serving over 40 million passengers and handles nearly 6.5 lakh tonnes of cargo annually.

Symphony Oct-Dec Net up 48% at Rs 25 cr * Air cooler firm Symphony today said its net profit surged 48.18 per cent at Rs 24.79 crore in the quarter ended December 31, 2013.
The company's net profit stood at Rs 16.73 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal, Symphony said in a release.
During the second quarter, the company posted 31.42 per cent jump in its net sales at Rs 115.22 crore, compared to Rs 87.67 crore in the year-ago period.

OrganicShop.In ventures into Europe
* OrganicShop.In, online seller of organic products, has ventured into the European market.
Jaipur-based online retailer has signed a European-firm TrdaeFormAir Ltd for marketing and distribution of its organic products, the company said in a statement.
Commenting on the development OrganicShop Founder and CEO Manuj Terapanthi said: "We are determined to expand the market for Organic products all over the world starting Europe, with Europe being a very strategic market for us considering our niche business model".
OrganicShop.In was established in 2011 and had a turnover of Rs 35 lakh last financial year and is expected to grow by 35 per cent this fiscal.
