"The Mayor Helpline is also open to citizens for the purpose of dengue prevention measures. If people feel that there is stagnant water somewhere and seem to be conducive for mosquito-breeding or they want fumigation to be done in and around their house, they may call on the helpline," North Delhi Mayor Ravinder Gupta said.
Gupta directed all concerned officers to register complaints related to sanitation, corruption and dengue.
"3,334 complaints were received on the Helpline upto August 31. Out of which, the report of 3,039 complaints after attending and redressal have been received, remaining have also been redressed but the written report is awaited.
