Contesting in 13 wards will be AAP's maiden outing in the municipal corporation polls after the party's stupendous feat in the Assembly election last year when it won 67 out of 70 seats.
Names of candidates to the rest five seats will be declared in the next two days, a party leader said.
The move comes a day after Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan-led Swaraj Abhiyan announced its intention to enter the fray.
They are Yogesh Dedha, Ghanshyam Gaur, Sachin Singhal, Arun Singh Chauhan, Ramesh Matiala, Anil Mallik, Pawan Tanwar and Ashok Saini respectively.
