Of the 12 illegal dairies, the civic bodies demolished temporary structures erected in six locations to run such facilities.
South Delhi Municipal Corporation sealed 12 illegal dairies, demolished six temporary structure and seized 61 buffaloes from Zamrudpur, Raghubir Nagar and Khyala areas.
Similarly, East Delhi Municipal Corporation took action in Shahdara (North) Zone and seized 28 buffaloes with the help of local police.
The municipal bodies also have asked police to check re-occurrence of such dairies in the locality.
