David Sunday scored the third goal (21st minute) while captain Alred K Jaryan followed suit a minute later to lead Md Sporting 4-0 before lemon break.
Leading 4-0 at half-time, Md Sporting did not look back and continued to mount pressure on the opponent after the play resumed.
Jaryan scored the brace in the 52nd mintue while Ashim Biswan netted one goal in the 89th minute.
