Meat processing plant sealed in UP

A meat processing plant in western Uttar Pradesh has been sealed by the district authorities on the directives of the state pollution board, an official said today.
According to the District Magistrate, Rajive Sharma, the Alnoor meat plant was creating pollution and did not follow norms.
The plant has exported meat to more than 35 countries in the world.
