Meeting over delay in start of EFLU campus on Oct 4: Tharoor

A meeting of Union HRD Minister Pallam Raju, Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and others will be held in Delhi on October 4 to discuss the delay in starting the English and Foreign Language University campus here, Minister of state for HRD Shashi Tharoor said today.
"A meeting has been convened at Delhi on October 4 to discuss the delay. Union HRD Minister Pallam Raju, Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, state education minister P K Adburab and myself will attend the meeting," he said.
Stating that an announcement had already been made to start the campus, he said, "we cannot dilute that moral commitment."

Chandy had inaugurated the campus of Hyderabad-based English and Foreign Language University along with the Edu-City project, propounded by Infrastructure Kerala Limited, at nearby Karathodu in March last.
