Meghalaya Governor Tathagata Roy on Monday inaugurated an exhibition on rare photographs of Mahatma Gandhi.
The five-day exhibition on 'Saaf Niyat Sahi Vikas' and the photographs of the Father of the Nation will be on display till December 21, officials said.
At the event, the Governor also felicitated 12 heroes of the 1971 Indo-Pak War, from Meghalaya, they said.
Roy hailed the efforts of the state government in strengthening the information machinery in the entire north-east through the Act East Policy.
