Meghwal, Chaudhary have best parliament attendance record

Arjun Ram Meghwal and P P Chaudhary have the best attendance record of 98 per cent in Parliament among the newly-inducted Ministers in NDA government while Purshottam Rupala asked a maximum number of 550 questions.
Chaudhary, a Lok Sabha member from Pali in Rajasthan, also has the record of participating in 358 debates and asking 394 questions besides introducing 18 private member bills.
Meghwal, a Lok Sabha member from Bikaner in Rajasthan, has participated in 92 debates, asked 336 questions and introduced 16 private member bills.
Another Lok Sabha member from Nagaur in Rajasthan, C R Choudhary, has 97 per cent attendance and particpated in 133 debates and asked 322 questions, while his colleague Mahendra Nath Pandey, representing Chandauli constituency in Uttar Pradesh, also has 97 per cent attendance and saw participation in 49 debates and asked 60 questions besides introducing one private member bill.
Ramesh Chandappa Jigajinagi, a Lok Sabha member from Bijapur in Karnataka, also has 97 per cent attendance and asked only one question.
In the Rajya Sabha, Vijay Goel, who represents Rajasthan, has 94 per cent attendance along with M J Akbar. Goel also participated in 32 debates, asked 332 questions and introduced one private member bill in the Upper House, while Akbar participated in three debates.
Rajya Sabha member from Gujarat Parshottam Khodabhai Rupala has an attendance of 75 per cent and asked the maximum of 550 questions, besides participating in 43 debates and introducing 8 private member bills.
Anil Madhav Dave, a Rajya Sabha MP from Madhya Pradesh, has an attendance of 76 pc, participated in 68 debates and asked 399 questions during his current tenure.
