The 56-year-old actor was seen getting cozy with Lanfranconi as they dined at a French restaurant in Los Angeles, reported Contactmusic.
Lanfranconi, who moved to the US from her native Italy in 2007, was photographed enjoying a stroll with Gibson after their meal.
Gibson split from Russian pianist Oksana Grigorieva in 2010.
