"Every Indian, every parent is outraged by what happened in Pakistan. Pakistan is a country that provided safe haven to terrorists and now the menace of terrorism has returned to haunt them," Bharti said addressing an election rally here.
"Who else can understand the pain of the Pakistani parents as the parents in India have seen and felt this pain... They (terrorists) in India have killed so many innocent children," she said.
"When the menace of terrorism has retuned to haunt the very country that provided safe havens to it, the world will now unite to end this menace permanently," she said.
She expressed hope that India led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi would lead a global fight against terrorism.

Bharti said that in 1991, terrorists challenged her party to hoist the tri-colour in Srinagar and she had accepted the challenge.
She said BJP never believes in communal or caste politics, but it was the only party that fought the elections on the issue of development.
