Mentally challenged woman found murdered

A mentally challenged 23-year-old woman was allegedly raped and murdered near Sujapur near here, triggering protests by locals.
The woman's body was found lying in a field near her home by locals, who reported the matter to police.
Police said the girl's face was smashed and her clothes and liquor bottles were found strewn around her body fuelling suspicions of rape and murder.The girl had gone missing since last evening.
The locals staged a protest against the alleged rape and murder of the girl.
