Mentally-deranged man briefly starts train

Sending the railway authorities into a tizzy, a man, apparently mentally deranged, today entered the engine of a special train and moved it ahead briefly at Barauni junction in Bihar.
The man, roaming on platform number four, entered the engine of Jai Nagar-Jasidih Kanwaria special train and moved it briefly, triggering a panic among the railway authorities and the passengers, Officer In-Charge, GRP Police Station, Ajay Kumar said.
The driver of the train and other railwaymen saw the train moving and rushed to the engine and overpowered him before stopping the train, he said.
The man was taken into custody, Kumar said, adding, a probe in the matter is on.
