The maximum temperature today settled a notch below the season's average at 38.8 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was recorded at 26 degrees Celsius, two points below normal, MeT department officials said.
Humidity in air hovered between 71 and 31 per cent.
The MeT department has predicted mainly clear skies along with the possibility of dust storm in some parts of the city.
"The skies will be mainly clear. Dust storm could occur in some parts of the city. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover at 39 and 25 degrees respectively," the MeT forecast said.
