Mercury stays below normal in Delhi

Though the capital experienced some shallow fog and mist in the morning, the sky cleared thereafter with minimum temperatures settling at 11.5 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperature was slightly below normal, while the maximum temperature was recorded at 27.2 degrees Celsius, a degree less from normal for this time of the season.
The weather department has forecast maximum temperature at 27 degrees and a minimum of 12 degrees Celsius tomorrow.
The sky would mainly remain clear but the city may again witness some mist or shallow fog in the morning.
