Methamphetamine tablets seized in Mizoram

Mizoram Excise and Narcotics department officials have seized 11,200 methamphetamine tablets and arrested a man in this connection at Vairengte village in Kolasib district.
The tablets, worth Rs 28 lakh, were seized from a man yesterday, Spokesperson of the department said.
The accused has been booked under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, he said.
