MH17 shot down by missile fired by Ukrainian separatists: CNN

The missile that hit Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 over eastern Ukraine, killing 298 passengers, was most likely fired by pro-Russian separatists inside the war-torn region, a US media report said today.
According to CNN, a preliminary classified US intelligence analysis has concluded that the missile that hit the plane most likely was fired by pro-Russian separatists inside eastern Ukraine.
