Khalifa, 22, took to Twitter to quash the rumours that she had shown interest to appear on the ninth season of the show.
"Let's get something clear: I am never stepping foot in India, so whomever said I have "shown interest" in being on 'Big Boss' should be fired."
Earlier, actor-producer Uday Chopra denied being part of the show, which will see superstar Salman Khan return as the host for the sixth time.
"Bigg Boss" will have a concept of "Double Trouble" this time.
