The 41-year-old previously fronted Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, who broke up in 1993 after having hits with songs including 'Good Vibrations', reported Digital Spy.
"Do you think it will be lucrative? Well, the Funky Bunch wants to get back out there, too. I've just got to find the right time. We might, though," he said.
Wahlberg also spoke about joining the cast of "Transformers 4", after teaming up with the franchise's director Michael Bay.
"Michael and I had an amazing experience working together on 'Pain & Gain'. That movie is insane. It's like Boogie Nights meets Pulp Fiction meets Fargo.
