Mild tremors were experienced for a few seconds in a couple of villages in Nirmal district of Telangana, a district officials said Saturday.
The quake occurred on Friday night, the officials said.
By the tremors ended, the residents of the villages, bordering Maharashtra, came out of their houses, they said.
No loss has been reported, they added.
