Jason Luis Rivera had snuck onto Cyrus' LA home this weekend and was carrying a pair of scissors when cops apprehended him.
Rivera pled "not guilty" to trespassing and resisting arrest. The judge set his bail at USD 100,000 and he remains in custody, reported TMZ.
Rivera was also ordered to stay 500 yards away from Cyrus as well as the block where the 19-year-old star lives.
Rivera was charged this morning with two misdemeanour counts of trespassing and one misdemeanour count of resisting arrest, stemming from an incident that took place early Saturday morning.
He told cops he wanted to see Cyrus and that's why he was on her property.
